Timing: Each session is 75 minutes long. Individual presentations should be no more than 15 minutes in length. We will reserve 10-15 minutes at the end of the session for Q&A.
File Formatting: Slide decks must meet the following criteria.

Poster Presentation Information

Poster Session I: Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 4:30 – 5:30 PM
Poster Session II: Friday, October 18, 2024 at 10:45 AM – 12:00 PM
Poster Formatting: Posters must meet the following criteria.
Posters must be horizontal and a maximum size of 42 inches tall by 60 inches wide.
Indicate the presenting author in the author block with bolded font.
Illustrations must be legible from a distance of 3 feet.
Arranging Posters: You may place your poster on your board at the following times.
Wednesday, October 16, 2024 between 12:00 PM and 3:15 PM
Friday, October 18, 2024 between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Discarding Posters: Any posters left on the board at the end of the day will be discarded.
Printing Posters: To have your poster printed and delivered to the Palace Hotel prior to your poster session, please submit your poster file here. Poster printing is $100. Please ensure that your file meets the specified formatting requirements of 60” wide by 42” tall in PDF format. All presenters must register for the AHSR 2024 conference. We will withdraw your presentation if you have not registered by September 27, 2024.
