Conference
During the conference, patrons in need of accessibility assistance can visit the AHSR registration desk.
The first seating row in meeting rooms will be reserved for people who need accessible seating.
In between sessions, if attendees would like to work or take a break from the ongoing activities, quiet rooms are available on the second floor via the Sunset Court or the former phone booth alcoves.
Individuals sensitive to high volume areas should avoid the Garden Court (Lobby Level) due to nightly music by a piano player and singer.
We will have a separate entry/exit in the grand ballroom reserved for individuals who require accommodations.
Gender-neutral bathrooms can be found on the second floor in front of the North Twin Peaks conference room.
If you have any questions regarding conference-related accommodations or accessibility, please contact [email protected] or visit the check-in desk in the Regency Foyer (Lobby Level) during the conference.
