Landmarks
San Francisco’s iconic Golden Gate Bridge is one of the seven wonders of the modern world. You can walk, run, bike, or drive across the bridge, which is 1.7 miles long (one-way). Once you cross the bridge, you will find a lookout spot that offers stunning views of San Francisco and the Bay. Distance from Palace Hotel: 5.1 miles
At Fisherman’s Wharf, you can enjoy delicious dining, unique shops, Bay cruises, and numerous family activities, including museums and escape rooms. Distance from Palace Hotel: 1.6 miles
Head to Pier 39 if you want a close-up view of San Francisco’s boisterous sea lions. Here, you will also find numerous dining options, shops, and fun-filled activities (e.g., Aquarium of the Bay). Distance from Palace Hotel: 1.7 miles
Stop by Ghirardelli Square for an amazing selection of sundaes. It is the original site of the Ghirardelli Chocolate Factory but is now home to the Ghirardelli Ice Cream and Chocolate Shop as well as many other dining options and miniature golf. Distance from Palace Hotel: 1.8 miles
