Tisha Wiley, PhD, is the Chief of the Treatment and Recovery Services Research Branch and Associate Director for Justice Systems Research at the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA). She oversees a broad portfolio of addiction treatment and recovery health services research focused on accelerating implementation into practice, including policy, financing, workforce issues, and cross‑system collaboration. Under her leadership, NIDA investments in health services research have more than doubled, and she has launched numerous high‑impact initiatives advancing implementation and recovery science. Dr. Wiley is the architect and leader of the Justice Community Overdose Innovation Network (JCOIN). She holds a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
