If your poster was accepted to be a part of virtual poster presentations at AHSR 2021, please see below for more information about your submission.

We ask that all posters be submitted to our Open Science Framework page by September 22, 2021.

To submit your poster, please email [email protected] with the following information:

Email Subject: Presentation title
Body of Email Message: Your presentation abstract
Email Attachment: Your presentation file in PDF format

Please make sure your poster PDF is clear and legible when downloaded.  We are providing three poster templates that you may use. While not required, we strongly encourage use of one of these templates to ensure that key information will be communicated clearly during poster slideshows. You can view and download these templates here. Templates can be modified to meet your institution’s requirements.

Once sent, the Center for Open Science (who runs the Open Science Framework) will send a follow-up email with the permanent identifier (which others can use to cite your presentation) and login details to make changes to your poster (e.g., updating the abstract or presentation file).

If you would like to use a QR code on your poster to link to either a published paper or the OSF page for your AHSR submission, you can use a QR code generator.

We also highly encourage you to upload a 2-minute video recording of yourself presenting the poster to the OSF. The videos will live on the OSF website with your poster and are a great way to extend the reach of your work. A number of examples can be found on last year’s site, including the following: Example 1, Example 2, Example 3, Example 4. You may also upload supplemental information, in PDF format, if desired.
