You will present in the order indicated on the schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Timing:<\/strong> Each session is 75 minutes long. Individual presentations should be no more than 15 minutes in length. We will reserve 10-15 minutes at the end of the session for Q&amp;A.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>File Formatting:<\/strong> Slide decks must meet the following criteria.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please avoid slides with too much text.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use font sizes of 24 or greater.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the following file naming convention:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oral presentations:<em> LastNameFirstInitial_OralPresentation_Version#<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>EX. <em>DoeJ_OralPresentation_Version1<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Symposium presentations: <em>PresentationNum_LastNameFirstInitial_SymposiumPresentation_Version#<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>EX. <em>3_DoeJ_SymposiumPresentation_Version1<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>PresentationNum<\/em> is your presentation number on the schedule. Poster printing is $100. Please ensure that your file meets the specified formatting requirements of 60\u201d wide by 42\u201d tall in PDF format.
